If you think you're pregnant and don’t want to be, you have three questions you need answered: - Am I really pregnant?
- Is the pregnancy viable? (1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage.)
- How far along am I? (The answer to this question will have implications on fetal development and the type of procedure likely to be used if you decide to terminate the pregnancy.)
We believe you need a safe place to find the answers to these questions, which is why we offer pregnancy testing and ultrasounds at no cost to you.

Title VI Compliance: It is the policy of Life Choices to insure that "No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance."
To File a Complaint...
You must include the following information:
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Name and address of the agency, institution, or department you believe discriminiated against you
- How, why, and when you felt discriminated against (include names, dates, and as much background information as possible)
- Your Title VI complaint must be in written form, signed and filed within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination. This complaint may be filed by an individual, a class, or by a third party (friend, attorney, relative, etc.) If the complaint is submitted by a third party, their relationship to the applicant must be included.
