The Walk for Life will be held Saturday, April 21, at 9:00 a.m. at Okeena Park in Dyersburg. Registration available soon!!

Golf for Life
Last year the weather was picture-perfect, and God used the event to bring more friends to our Life Choices family. ABBY JOHNSON
We are SO excited to have Abby Johnson, speaker for our 12th annual Benifit Dinner on August 25, 2011!
Abby Johnson joined Planned Parenthood in 2001 as a college student because she wanted to help women in crisis - a goal she believed the organization shared. As she rose through the ranks to become a clinic director, she became increasingly unsettled about what she was being asked to do. But it wasn’t until she helped perform an ultrasound-guided abortion procedure that Abby fully realized what she had been a part of all those years. In 2009, she left Planned Parenthood and joined the pro-life movement as a volunteer. Abby now works full time in the pro-life movement. She continues her volunteer activities, works as Chief Research Strategist for Live Action Films, works on projects with the national 40 Days for Life campaign and works on both federal and state pro-life legislation. The true life account of her experiences with Planned Parenthood are detailed in her bestselling book, unPLANNED. Abby's story has been featured on Fox News, the O'Reilly Factor, Huckabee, ABC News, and many other national news outlets. Abby holds a B.S. in psychology from the Texas A&M University and a M.A. in counseling from Sam Houston State University. She and her husband, Doug, have a young daughter and live in Texas.

Since 1983, Americans have observed Sanctity of Human Life Sunday (SOHLS) as a day to celebrate the intrinsic value of all human life. This important day also provides an opportunity for pregnancy centers to share about the work they do to bring life-affirming resources to their communities and to empower women and men to choose life for their unborn children.
In 2012, SOHLS took place on January 22rd. Life Choices is making black ribbon cards available to local churches and individuals.

Baby Bottle Boomerang
A presentation is given in a worship service, women's group, or Sunday School, and families are encouraged to take home bottles and fill them with checks, cash, coins, or pledges, and then return them in four weeks.
Baby Bottle Boomerang is a great opportunity for local churches to help pregnancy resource centers like Life Choices meet their financial needs as well as introduce their members to Life Choices so when someone they know faces an unplanned pregnancy, he or she will know where to turn.
