Life Choices history

Life Choices Crisis Pregnancy Support Center was established in Dyersburg in 2000 to support women facing pregnancy-related crises. The organization, initially a Care Net affiliate, expanded its services to include programs like Right Choices for abstinence education (now known as Life Choices Prevention) and MERCY for post-abortion healing (now using Save One). Life Choices received significant grants, including an implementation grant for Right Choices, and relocated to its larger current facility in 2019.

Life Choices, under the leadership of Executive Directors Sherry Sansone, Reni Bumpas, Kim Hampton, Loretta Mealer and Shannon Powell, experienced significant growth and expansion since 2006. We currently serve 5 school districts, offer over 200 parenting & like skills classes online to earn points to be used in our Family Store and offer a one-on-one pregnancy loss recovery study.
