Dr. Monique Casey-Bolden joined Grace Family Practice Clinic, P.C. in 2002 and became a partner and owner in 2014. Dr. Casey is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians. She is the clinical preceptor for several nurse practitioners and has full admitting privileges at Dyersbur

Dr. Casey and her husband, Al, have three sons.

Kacee joined our board in February 2023. She is on staff at Dyersburg State Community College. Her husband, Steven, is the pastor at New Life Church in Dyersburg, and together they are parents to two sweet girls, Lexie and Ellie.

Amber joined the board in January 2024. She is a nurse at Brooke's Beauty & Beyond and the volunteer Youth Leader at New Life Church. She and her husband, Michael, are parents to one amazing daughter, Madilyn.

Erika is a past volunteer who joined the board in January 2024. She is the Dean of Nursing for TCAT. She and her husband Adam, are parents to Sawyer & Steele and are active at New Life Church in Dyersburg.
